- If you come to school next week, you'll find that all of your friends remembered the short break, and you didn't. School starts up again on Wednesday, 22 OCT.
- From Mr. Cook: There will be no ASA's for the whole of the first week back after the holiday. Mr. Cook will be communicating this to parents, but please let your parents know as well.
- Math assessment for Unit 2 on Monday. We hope take up and send the assessment home by the end of the week. Please have it signed and returned to me.
- In speed tests: wrap up the 7s...start the 8s!
- Math Mates Term 1 Sheet 8 due on Thursday, 9 OCT.
- ISA tests happen on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Please be sure to get a good night's rest the night before!
- Writing: more work on expository writing.
- Ms. Mentzia wanted me to pass on this note: The closing date for the goodbye t-shirt design is Monday but we can wait for it till Friday morning. Please remember to bring it to one of the art rooms.
- A message from the Music department: All students are reminded to practice their recorders 5 minutes every day to enhance their musicality. Students should also make sure to bring their recorder to every music class from now until the December Break as we get ready for the concert season. If students have lost their recorder another can now be purchased from the music department for 10 000 tzs.
- In UOI, we'll take a look at some interesting photos of borders. This web page will get you and your parents thinking. Why do some places look completely different on one side of an international border than the other?
